Housing as Health Care: Lessons from DOORWAYS’ New Campus in St. Louis Explore how DOORWAYS’ Jefferson Avenue Campus in St. Louis integrates housing and 360-degree HIV care to empower residents and redefine urban development.

A meaningful milestone for the City of University City! The historic City Hall Annex and Trinity Building have been transformed into the new home for the University City Police Department and Municipal Court.

These two long-vacant buildings have been restored and modernized to support public safety, accessibility, and community use. The project preserves significant architectural features while supporting the evolving needs of police operations, court services, and the residents they serve.

As lead architect and historic architect, Trivers collaborated with University City, NAVIGATE Building Solutions and the consultant team to deliver the City’s largest capital project to date. The project reflects a shared commitment to reinvesting in existing buildings to strengthen civic infrastructure.
