If you happen to be outside yesterday after 9pm on Hallsferry and Parker rd, you might have witnessed a real life Fairy God mother in Action! I called my sis DrTracie Lasley Ousley because this is what she does. Her lane all day! In a panic I asked for a pink, flowing, plus size dress for my little cousin who lives in Illinois. She pulled up on me in 30 mins with 10 dresses every shade of pink, in a range of sizes. We jumped out our cars hugged, snapped this pic and pulled off. I faced timed my little cousin. Her mother drove her over late last night. There was only one dress that she could fit and it happened to be the one she really liked. 😍💝
This dress fit her like it was tailored made for her. The tags were still on it. Yep, brand new and everything she wanted! I gave her the perfect jewelry to wear and to have as a keepsake. She gave me the biggest hug to feel and to remember!!! ❤️

My friend ( the Fairy Godmother) didn’t just give us a dress, she gave my family a magical moment, a memory, and love beyond measure. Thank you Tracie. I absolutely will never forget this!

Now I’m asking ALL my friends to please raid your closets and donate those dresses you no longer wear. Bring them to the UnGUN FREE STORE. I want to box them all up for my friend’s organization and gift her like she gifted me. Let’s help her build confidence in as many of our young ladies as she can one dress at a time. I’m donating dresses, shoes and purses to her ASAP! It’s time to care, share snd be aware that others are in need.

But the work doesn’t stop here! We’re already preparing for PROM 2027! 🎓👑💜🧡💜

Every time we are able to place a beautiful dress in the hands of a young lady, we know we are doing so much more than providing a dress. We are helping create a memory. We are restoring confidence. We are giving hope. And most importantly, we are helping take one more financial burden off the shoulders of a parent.

For some families, the cost of a dress, shoes, jewelry, and accessories can make a special milestone feel out of reach. That is why Caring Mothers exists🙏🏾 No young lady should have to miss the joy of feeling beautiful, celebrated, and included simply because her family may be facing financial challenges. 💜

To every young lady we have had the privilege of serving this season: PLEASE KNOW THAT YOU MATTER. Your circumstances do not define your worth. You deserve to walk into your Homecoming feeling confident, beautiful, and proud. 👑✨
