You're invited for time in prenatal & postpartum community (non-crawling babies welcome if you'd like) to come to present in the studio.
Enjoy feeling supported as we enter restorative time on our mat and in community.
We will have a teacher to guide you into a pose that directly supports your physical and emotional needs as well as extra hands to help with infants, if needed.
Feel free to nurse, read, chat, nap.
Each week will feature a theme to inspire presence in your home and care for your heart for the week ahead.

The Nest is a collaboration of Om Old Orchard, In Bloom STL, and Dyad Yoga and Breastfeeding Support.

The passion that fuels my work as a postpartum doula started first & foremost through my personal experience as I transitioned into motherhood! Whoa what a wild ride!!!

I truly believe— I know— that I’ve learned just as much through raising him as he’s learned from me.

He is a fiercely loyal friend & has a heart of gold. 💛 Amazes me with his talent to play music, as well as his athletic drive! 🎹 🎸 🏋️ 🏈

This was not their first rodeo & though postpartum brings with it so many unknowns, they definitely knew some circumstances that they wanted to prevent!!! So they planned accordingly & have me on board for support along the way! ✨💖
Sigh…I feel so lucky to get to witness it. 🥹
