We're halfway through my month of going lights-out for birds! So I'm just sharing these in case you forgot how good I looked with my lights on š¦
During peak fall migration, my exterior lights are off at night to help protect birds traveling along the Mississippi Flyway. Itās a small change that helps give migrating birds safer, darker skies and Iām perfectly happy to let them have the nighttime stage for a little while.
My lights return October 1.
