So, what does it take to be a 5 Under 25 honoree?
The Alpha Eta Rho 5 Under 25 Award isn't just an award — it's a recognition of the students who are truly setting the standard.
We're looking for students who:
✅ Maintain strong academic performance and professional focus
✅ Demonstrate meaningful involvement and impact within aviation organizations or campus programs
✅ Exhibit leadership, mentorship, and service to others
✅ Uphold exceptional standards of character, professionalism, and integrity
✅ Show clear potential to become a future leader in aviation
Honorees must be collegiate aviation students under the age of 25 who exemplify extraordinary achievement — not just in the classroom, but in the industry and their communities.

We invite you to join Alpha Eta Rho for a morning coffee and pastries gathering during EAA AirVenture on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The event will be held at NBAA Chalet #432, conveniently located near the flight line.

This informal gathering is a great opportunity to connect with fellow Alpha Eta Rho members and alumni, strengthen existing relationships, and meet others from across our organization. This is also a fantastic chance to meet some of our current national board members and to learn about the exciting direction Alpha Eta Rho is headed, and ways to reconnect or stay involved. Whether you are currently active in AHP or staying involved as an alumni, we hope you will take a few moments to stop by, enjoy some refreshments, and spend time with the AHP community. This is an event you won’t want to miss.
