SHOUT OUT / 081326 / mwanzi.com / a big shout out to architect KEVIN LOGAN of Kaelo Architecure—shown here in a recent feature article by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch—for taking our daughter under his wing this summer as his intern, after completing her sophomore year of studies towards her M.Arch at The University of Kansas School of Architecture & Design. aside from creating digital models for his various projects using architecture software like autodesk revit, helping with floor plans, meeting with clients, going to project sites and taking measurements, she was also able to see how buildings are actually built. as she begins her junior year at KU, we are so appreciative for the one-on-one time Kevin invested in her every week for three months. / SINCE 2005

CLIENT / 010325 / mwanzi.com / stopped in to see how installation of the BANQUETTES went and fine tune some areas. flooring contractors still need to add vinyl cove base along the bottom to prevent against mop water soiling and cover floor slope gaps, but other than that this looks fantastic! when everything is completed and in place, this new 4 HANDS BREWING CO x PEACEMAKER location—in my opinion—is the nicest restaurant or bar space in the airport. entire project included CAFE TABLES, DINING TABLES, BAR STOOLS, CHAIRS, BANQUETTE SEATING, and 400sf of hand made WOOD PLANKS for ceiling cladding. stay tuned for my next project coming soon at this airport. / 20 Year Anniversary (2005-2025)
