🚴 Our CFO is preparing for a 100-mile Pedal the Cause ride to help raise funds for cancer research. 🔨 We'd also like to recognize Cathy Cook and the American Welding Society for helping introduce race attendees to opportunities in the skilled trades during NASCAR weekend. Through hands-on demonstrations and career conversations, they are helping inspire the next generation of welders, fabricators, and construction professionals.

💚 During Su***de Prevention Week, we're also reminded that building a stronger industry means looking out for one another. Construction workers face unique challenges, and creating a culture where people feel supported, connected, and encouraged to speak up is just as important as the work we do in the field.

🏗️ Most importantly, thank you to our crews, project teams, and employee-owners who continue to build with pride, work safely, and make an impact in the communities we serve.

Construction is hard work — and sometimes it takes a toll.

Long hours. Physical demands. Tight schedules. Time away from home. Moving from job to job. The pressures are real, and construction continues to have one of the highest su***de rates in the country.

For too long, our industry’s answer was to tough it out and keep it to yourself. We can do better.

Looking out for each other means noticing when someone isn’t themselves. Asking how they’re doing. Listening. Checking back in.
And making it okay to ask for help.

We’re proud that the Carpenters, Iron Workers, Laborers and Operating Engineers we work alongside are having these same conversations and providing resources to their members.

The eagle has landed! 🦅 We are incredibly proud to share that our crews were hard at work behind the scenes helping bring a piece of brewing history to life as the iconic neon-lit eagle sign—formerly stationed atop the company's Newark, New Jersey brewery—officially arrives in St. Louis.

Our team provided and installed the critical and massive structure to support this monumental landmark in its new home atop the historic St. Louis brewery.

A huge congratulations to Anheuser-Busch on bringing this legendary piece of history to the St. Louis skyline, and thank you for trusting our team to help make it happen! 🍻

What an incredible turnout this past weekend at our Columbia office! 🚧 A huge thank you to the massive crowd who joined us for our recent Safety Rodeo.

It was a fantastic day of teamwork, safety education, and community.

Highlights from the event included:

• Vendor Partners & Giveaways: A special shoutout to TNT Conveyor & Drive, Hilti, Columbia Safety, and Fastenal as they were some of our amazing vendors that shared their expertise and brought some awesome giveaways for the team!

• Our Little Builders: It was wonderful having the kids out to join us and seeing our future builders hard at work.

• Team Milestones: Congratulations to Wayne Brooks, who was presented with his certificate for completing leadership training by our President, Lee Hahnel. Way to go, Wayne! 👏

• Good Eats: Wrapping up a successful day with fantastic BBQ and delicious desserts.

A massive shoutout to the planning team and everyone behind the scenes who worked so hard to make this day a success. Way to go, team!

INVESTIGATION COMPLETE

Our team's popcorn-fueled investigation at the movies last night officially confirmed that Acme Constructors builds solid facilities, whereas the cartoon Acme Corporation specializes exclusively in dropping giant anvils on coyotes. Check out the photos from our night out where we successfully avoided stepping on any cleverly disguised catapults!

ACME MOVIE REVIEW

A fact-finding mission is underway.

The movie says ACME is a giant corporation causing all the problems.
We weren’t about to accept that without conducting our own investigation.
So ACME Constructors rented the theater.

National Roller Coaster Day - Mid-America Parks Celebrate National Roller Coaster Day with an evening dedicated to thrills, fun and your favorite coasters!

Safety and leadership took center stage at our Cape office Construction Safety Rodeo last month! We had a great turnout and fantastic energy from the whole team as we continue to shine a light on our commitment to our people.

We were especially proud to watch more of our team complete the Breslin Leadership Training. We loved presenting the certificates and sharing these smiling faces.

Congratulations to Doug Norris, Chris Mossoney, Jody Schatz, Loren Scheller, Matt Fakes, Chad Griffin, Joe Kemper, and Ben Wade! Well deserved. 👏👷‍♂️
