Our most recent project on Chippewa is complete! Two units were converted to two 3-4 bedroom apartments from a mixed-use building that was vacant for the past 15 years. A huge thank you to
Midwest BankCentre, Legal Services of Eastern Missouri, Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines, Dutchtown Main Streets, and International Institute St. Louis. Each partner played an important role in making today a reality.

We're thrilled to break ground on four new construction afforable homes at 3502–3508 Morgan Ford Rd in Tower Grove South! This project is more than new housing—it's a bridge, helping link the Tower Grove South and Bevo Mill neighborhoods and strengthening the connection between two of St. Louis's great communities. It also reinvigorates a long-vacant parcel of land previously owned by St. Louis City.

None of this happens alone. Huge thanks to our partners, especially St. Louis Development Corporation - SLDC, which led the environmental cleanup effort.
