Our residents have been keeping active with individualized support from FOX Rehabilitation and energizing group fitness with The U Fitness. From working on strength and mobility to getting everyone moving together, we love seeing our residents challenged, encouraged, and — most importantly — smiling!

🇮🇹🍝 Mangia, mangia! Our Bridges residents enjoyed a fabulous Italian lunch at Pellicci’s Restaurant in Stamford! Delicious food, wonderful company, and plenty of smiles made for the perfect afternoon out. ❤️🍷

Our residents put their spelling skills to the test during our very own Spelling Bee! From tricky words to plenty of laughs, everyone had a great time showing off their skills and cheering each other on. 📚👏

Our Bridges Community had a blast designing their very own baseball hats! From colorful creations to one-of-a-kind designs, everyone let their creativity shine and showed off their personal style. Each hat was as unique and wonderful as the person who made it! 🧢❤️

Yesterday, our Waterstone residents enjoyed a wonderful trip to The Maritime Aquarium in Norwalk! We had a great time exploring the underwater world, learning about marine life, and making memories together! 💙
