Thaddius didn't just rent from us once. He came back several times.
His review says it plainly. Every visit has been a great experience.
Friendly people. Fair pricing. That's what he found each time he rented from us.
A five-star review is good. A customer who keeps coming back means more.
Trust like that gets built one rental at a time, not on the first visit alone.
We see that with a lot of repeat customers. We don't take it for granted.
Save this post for the next time you need equipment you can trust.

Wet ground is not just a mess.
It is the thing that quietly wrecks a clearing schedule.
If the machine starts to sink, stop.
Back off that section and leave it until it dries out.
A stuck skid steer turns into a recovery job.
That cost lands on the customer, not on us.
We have had to clear an unplanned path through a property just to reach a sunk machine.
Vegetation nobody wanted touched came out just to get equipment back there.
Check the ground before you commit to a section.
It saves you a lot more than it costs you.

Most people ask us how many acres a day a brush cutter clears.
That is the wrong first question.
We ask about the vegetation first.
Stem diameter and obstacles change everything about your timeline.
Light one to two inch stems on flat ground move fast.
Push toward three inch stems with trees to dodge and the day slows down hard.
There is a real number for both ends of that range.
We broke it down in the new post.

Running new sprinkler lines doesn't call for a full-size trencher.
A shallow irrigation run needs the right depth, not the biggest machine.
The 24-inch walk-behind trencher digs to a 24-inch max trench depth.
That range covers most sprinkler, electrical, and plumbing line runs around a house.
Paying for more machine than the job needs won't make the trench any straighter.
Match the equipment to the depth you're actually digging.
Call us at (904) 452-0888. Tell us what you're working on and we'll help you find the right trencher.

Here is the mistake we see most when people load a mini excavator themselves.
They set it too far back on the trailer.
That makes the trailer sway and fishtail behind you.
Watch the trailer tongue as you position the load.
When you see it settle down onto the ball, you are close to balanced.
Pull it forward a little more from there.
You want slightly more weight on the truck end.
Not on the back of the trailer.
That small adjustment is the difference between a calm tow and a scary one.

Not every job needs the biggest machine on the lot.
Kyle rented a trencher from us for a small project.
He said it worked great and saved him tons of time.
That trencher dug a 150 foot ditch for pipe.
His five star review says it best.
Small jobs like that do not always need a full size machine.
Matching the right tool to the job beats renting oversized equipment just in case.
That is the kind of fit we look for on every rental.

Most people think pulling a mini excavator is the hard part.
Stopping it safely is where trucks and trailers actually fall short.
The VIO35 we rent most to property owners runs about 8,000 pounds.
That takes a 3/4 ton pickup with trailer brakes.
And a trailer rated at least 14,000 pounds GVWR.
A smaller setup can get it rolling.
It gets dangerous when you need to stop.
No trailer at all is not a dealbreaker either way.
We cover what that looks like in the new post.

Renting equipment for a property line job takes more than picking a machine.
Some projects near a property line or right-of-way need a permit first.
Utility easements and setback rules vary by county and municipality.
If the paperwork is not ready, the machine sits idle on your dime.
That delay usually costs more than the rental itself.
Check your local permitting requirements before you book equipment.
A quick call to your county or city office can save the whole schedule.
Ever had a permit issue delay a job? Drop a comment and tell us what happened.

You need something between a mini and a full-size machine.
The John Deere 50G weighs 10,847 lbs and swings zero tail.
It digs down to 11 feet 7 inches.
That combination lets it work on a residential lot, a commercial site, or right alongside a structure.
Expanding a pond, cutting footers, or trenching a utility line.
The 50G has the reach to handle it.
36 horsepower keeps it capable without oversizing your job site.
