The cafeteria software that makes connecting administration, parents and federal programs easier.
LunchTime Software provides customers of all sizes the
necessary software tools to manage their cafeteria point of sale
data. Solutions are currently implemented for single building
schools, multi-school districts and food service management
companies, recording data for many customers through a single
implementation. Software modules include a fully-functional
point of sale system, back office administration tools and
reporting, SIS Integration tools, real-time free and reduced
application processing, and a parent portal showing
full transaction history and providing the ability to deposit
money with a credit card or bank account.
Celebrating Susan Shields’ Retirement
Greetings LunchTime Friends and Family,
On April 30, 2026, Susan Shields—one of our outstanding software trainers—will officially retire.
Susan joined LunchTime Software in October 2012, and within just a few short weeks, she stepped into the role of our sole software trainer. It was remarkable to see how quickly she mastered our system and supported our customers with confidence and care during that time.
Over the years, Susan has shown incredible dedication, consistently going above and beyond to ensure our customers’ success. Her passion, knowledge, and commitment have made a lasting impact, and she will be greatly missed.
We wish Susan and her family all the very best in this exciting new chapter. While she plans to return briefly in August and September to assist during the back-to-school season, tomorrow marks her final official day with us.
If Susan has made a positive impact on your experience with LunchTime Software, we encourage you to reach out and share your appreciation at [email protected].
Thank you,
