We Are! Reminding everyone that on all HOME GAME PSU FOOTBALL SATURDAYS we are closed!

October is prime time for kitchen projects, and one question we hear a lot is: what floor actually holds up in a kitchen long term? 🤔

Here's what matters most in this room specifically:

🍳 Comfort underfoot. You stand here for long stretches. Materials with a little give, like LVP or cushioned tile, make a real difference over time.

💧 True waterproofing. Kitchens see spills constantly. Water resistant is not the same as waterproof. Know which you're getting before you buy.

🌡️ Stability. Kitchens experience heat, humidity, and temperature changes. Materials that expand and contract significantly can cause problems over time.

🧹 Ease of cleaning. Grout lines, texture, and finish all affect how easy the floor is to maintain day to day.

From the shower to the kitchen backsplash, an undulated white subway tile, like Daltile's Artigiano in Italian Alps, provides a traditional look while maintaining visual interest.

We might say it a little differently, but we are all loving PureGrain® High-Def DLVT, featuring 35 unique plank patterns digitally scanned from real wood for a truly custom look.

Fall is the season that finally gives you permission to go deep and rich with your interiors. 🍂🌿

A jewel-toned chair. A vintage rug with history in every thread. Warm wood floors visible just at the edges, grounding the whole composition.

This is what layering looks like when it's done with intention. And the secret is that the floors don't have to be the showstopper. Sometimes their job is to be the quiet backdrop that makes everything else look like it belongs.

If you've been thinking about a sitting room, reading corner, or formal living refresh this fall, October is the time. 🍁

Daltile's Sublimity natural stone mosaics deliver sublime design that only Mother Nature herself could create.

Amazing non profit we are proud to support ❤️

Our impact continues to grow! We are thrilled to share that WWC-CC presented $14,200 to our Q3 Impact Award recipient, Jana Marie Foundation.

Jana Marie Foundation works to promote mental well-being, particularly among young people and the communities that support them. Through meaningful conversations, creative expression, education, and community connections, the Foundation works to transform emotional distress into resilience and hope. This generous donation will help support Jana Marie Foundation’s important work to raise awareness, reduce stigma, build connections, and provide resources that promote mental wellness in our community through their programs for children and teens.

Another incredible impact made possible because of our amazing members! Thank you to each of you who continues to show up, give back, and help Women Who Care make a difference. Together, we are changing lives right here in our Centre County communities!

There is something deeply satisfying about a room that leans all the way into the season. Warm textures, earthy tones, the kind of layering that makes you want to cancel your plans and stay right here. 🍂

The light herringbone floors in this space do exactly what a great floor should do. They let everything on top of them shine without competing. The rug, the furniture, the seasonal touches, all of it reads as intentional because the foundation is solid.

What's your fall decorating style? Bold and cozy or minimal and warm? 🧡
