The HEXTorch PCB was completely dead on arrival.

After board-level diagnostics at NCR Computers, we found a failed TPS63020 power IC (IC3) causing full power loss.

We performed advanced micro soldering and component-level repair, replaced the damaged IC, and restored the power circuit.

Now the board is:
✅ Fully functional
✅ Powering on normally
✅ Fully tested & stable
