The numbers are in, and here's what's happening right here in our market:

Henry County — Median sold price hit $355,000 in May, with homes closing at nearly 99% of asking price. Inventory sits at 4.36 months — still a Seller's Market.

DeKalb County — Median sold price jumped to $465,000, with homes flying off the market in a median of just 17 days and selling at 99.3% of list price.

If you've owned your home for several years and have been curious what it's worth today, these numbers matter. Equity gains in both counties have been significant, and the window for sellers remains strong.
