It is with great humility and appreciation that Red Rabbit Advocacy would like to thank the Community Foundation of San Joaquin for their continued support of our efforts in this community. Today we were awarded the Stockton Housing Innovation Fund grant for $75,000. The funding we receive from The Foundation is an integral part of our ability to continue to provide for our unhoused, recovery/reentry, families and elderly in Stockton. Today when we got to The Center, we found this little guy stuffed in the fence. He was Stuck was not able to get out. Eva was able to get him out and we took him back to The Center. My staff members Eva and Jovan gave him a bath with dawn, dish soap and killed the fleas that were just swarming his little body. We got connected to a woman that would take him in from my good friend Jill and he was happy as can be when he left The Center today.  Teamwork really does make a difference.
