OCTOBER 1ST. DAY ONE. 🔥
You don’t need to have the entire month figured out.
Just win TODAY.
One workout.
One good decision.
One promise kept to yourself.
Stack enough of those days together and watch what happens.
New month. Same standard.
Let’s WORK.
10/01/2026
This might look like a random picture of a gym before class… but to me, it’s one of my favorite moments.
Right before we start, I get to look around and see everyone who showed up.
Some are brand new.
Some have been doing this for years.
Everyone walked through those doors carrying something different.
And for the next hour, we get to train together.
You never know what’s about to happen. A first pull-up. A PR. Someone pushing through something they didn’t think they could finish. Or maybe someone just having a rough day who needed that hour with their people.
That anticipation right before I say, “Alright everyone, bring it in…”
Man, I love it.
This is why I love coaching.
It’s bigger than the workout. It’s the people. It’s the energy. It’s the community.
Grateful I get to be part of it.
DO UNCOMFORTABLE THINGS. 🔥
The alarm went off. Staying in bed would’ve been easy.
Instead… 5AM class.
Because growth happens when you stop letting how you FEEL decide what you DO.
You don’t need to feel ready.
Get up. Show up. MOVE.
What uncomfortable thing are you choosing today?
THAT feeling after you finish a workout you almost didn’t want to start. 🔥
Tired. Sweaty. Smoked.
But PROUD.
You didn’t need motivation.
You just needed to start.
And now you get to walk away knowing you kept another promise to yourself.
That feeling?
EARNED.
Remember it the next time your mind tells you to skip.
