🏡 What I Wish I Knew Before Apartment Hunting

Apartment hunting? Here are 3 things I wish someone had told me before signing a lease! 👇

📏 1. Measure Your Furniture First: That dream sofa might not fit through the front door... or the living room. Before touring, know the dimensions of your larger furniture pieces and compare them to the apartment layout.

🔌 2. Check Outlet Locations: Picture where you'll place your TV, desk, bed, and lamps. A beautiful apartment can quickly become frustrating if outlets aren't where you need them.

🧺 3. Look Beyond the Closet: Storage matters more than you think! Check for pantry space, linen closets, kitchen cabinets, and utility storage before making your decision.

✨Finding the right apartment is about more than just square footage, it's about finding a space that works for your lifestyle.

🏠 Looking for your next home? We'd love to show you around Mason Stuart Apartments!
