Craig, a native to Martin County, Florida started his career off working with Intergrowth Data Corporation (IDC), one of the largest Real Estate marketing companies in the United States. There he started at the bottom of the ladder as a telemarketer, while excelling on the phones, Craig was promoted to be one of the companies three sales directors. While working as a sales director he was able to enlist over a 1000 realtors into the program. Although thriving at IDC, Craig decided to obtain his Real Estate license and take the plunge into selling Real Estate himself. He started as a sales agent with All Florida Realty Service in 2002, obtained his Broker's license in 2005, and was named Top Sales Associate in 2005 beating out over 300 agents statewide. In 2010, Craig, along with his business partner Matt Harrington (whom he worked with at IDC and All Florida) decided to open up their own Real Estate Brokerage, H & W Real Estate.
Foreclosure numbers are moving, and it's worth paying attention. π
The latest ICE report shows foreclosure starts are up 29% from a year ago, and foreclosure inventory is up 41%. Serious delinquencies just ticked up for the first time in five months. The overall picture is still far from 2008, but the market isn't moving evenly.
Here's what stood out to me: servicers are now rebuilding their loss mitigation teams and looking at more options than they've needed in recent years.
