Species Spotlight: Mahi 🐬

Most people think mahi season wraps up when summer does. Not here. Mid-September through October is our second mahi run. Fewer boats are out chasing them, bigger schoolies in the mix, and they're stacked up on w**d lines and current edges just off the St. Lucie Inlet.

They're fast, they're acrobatic, and that first jump boatside never gets old, no matter how many years you've been doing this. If you've never seen a mahi light up next to the boat, this is the window 🎣
