Join the North Central Jurisdiction Archives & History Convocation, Oct. 5–8 in Dubuque, Iowa, for an exploration of historic preaching points, pioneer circuit riders, distinctive church architecture, and the people who helped shape what is now The United Methodist Church in our region.

The event concludes with a narrated Mississippi River boat ride and a visit to the National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium.

🌍✨ Mission-minded congregations are making a difference!

At this year's Annual Conference, the Wisconsin Conference Board of Global Ministries announced a 23% increase in congregations receiving the Mosaic Award for Missions in 2025. This recognition celebrates churches that support all seven areas of mission giving, from local outreach to global ministry.

Congratulations to the congregations receiving the award for the first time: Antigo, Columbus, Fond du Lac Covenant, New London, and Yorkville UMCs!

🌳 Durand UMC has begun a front yard improvement project to create a more welcoming and peaceful space for both the church and the community.

The vision includes gathering spaces, benches, trees, and other features that will offer hospitality, rest, and fellowship. Please keep this project and all those involved in your prayers as the work continues.

🍚 Packing Hope, Sharing Love

More than 100 volunteers gathered at First UMC of Hartford on May 16 for its annual Rice Meal Pack event with Midwest Missions, packing nutritious meals for people in need around the world.

🎓 Seminary Scholarship applications are due July 1!

The Wisconsin United Methodist Foundation is offering scholarships to help seminary students cover tuition, books, fees, and other educational expenses.

Applicants must be affiliated with a Wisconsin United Methodist church, and all materials must be submitted electronically by July 1.
