ProTeams lets eligible Real teams choose who can edit transaction financial terms and who can approve commission calculations.

A practical example: a team could allow members to update deal terms while reserving commission approval for its leader and admins. Real’s guide says changes after approval require reapproval before closing.

A useful team question: “Who updates the deal, and who gives the final commission approval?”

Available to qualifying Real teams in the U.S. and Canada. Real lists a minimum of two licensed agents, $5 million in closed sales volume over the prior 12 months, and a minimum 10% team split to the team leader on each deal. Other program terms apply; confirm your team’s setup with Real.
