In 2024, more than 5,000 workers lost their lives to fatal occupational injuries, while private industry employers reported nearly 2.5 million nonfatal workplace injuries and illnesses. (Source: U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, Census of Fatal Occupational Injuries (CFOI) and Survey of Occupational Injuries and Illnesses (SOII), 2024.)
Behind those numbers is a challenge safety leaders face every day: identifying risk early enough to prevent the next incident.
At National Safety Council Safety Congress & Expo in Indianapolis, Sept. 14–16, visit Rhythm Innovations at Booth #4236 to see how we’re changing that.
Our team Roger Mitchell, Nate & Kade Robertson will show you how our leading unified safety risk intelligence platform connects safety, workforce, fleet, operational, and risk data to help organizations identify risk earlier, intervene faster, and move from reacting to incidents to preventing them.
Plus, hear from Darryl C. Hill, Ph.D., MBA, CSP on September 16 at 10:00 AM EDT as he presents: From Compliance to Competitive Advantage: Using AI and Safety Risk Intelligence to Predict Risk, Cut Costs, and Improve Safety Performance.
Schedule your personalized demo or stop by Booth #4236, say 👋, and let’s talk about what the future of safety looks like when your data helps you act before the incident https://na2.hubs.ly/H074KR90

🙌We’re proud to celebrate our software internship class of ’26 (A***n Djahed, Daniel Fraga, & Daniel Li) alongside their leader (J.C. Novoa), and members of our software internship class of ’25 (Alexander Hammel and Kade Robertson) who have since joined the Rhythm team. Throughout the summer, these talented students brought fresh ideas, curiosity, and ingenuity to our team all while helping move our unified fleet safety innovation platform forward.
Thank you to each of them for their willingness to learn, contribute, challenge ideas, and teach us along the way. 👏 As they head back to the University of Miami (UofM) and Florida International University (FIU), we wish them a successful school year. We can’t wait to see what they accomplish next!

What if the safety metric you trust the most is the one hiding your biggest risk?
TRIR (Total Recordable Incident Rate) looks great right up until there's a fatality. That's the uncomfortable truth Jessica Jannaman put on the table at our Serious Injury & Fatality (SIF) prevention event in partnership with Oakland University. Her answer might change how you think about safety metrics entirely.

Stay tuned! More from the event coming soon.

We were pleased to join the Florida Trucking Association for the 2026 Annual Conference! (And yes, Roger Mitchell brought his A-game with his flamingo shirt. 🦩)
All jokes aside, thank you to the Florida Trucking Association and every fleet leader who stopped by our table, asked the tough questions, and shared what safety and compliance really look like in the field. Conversations like these are exactly why we do what we do.
If you didn't get a chance to connect with our team to learn more about our groundbreaking SaferFleet™ solution, no worries, contact us at ➡️ https://na2.hubs.ly/H06_1yF0 or visit https://na2.hubs.ly/H06_1G50

We're set up at Florida Trucking Association's Annual Conference 2026 and ready to talk fleet safety, compliance, and everything in between. It was great hearing from Scott Perry, CEO & President, State of the Association kicking things off, a strong reminder of why this community keeps pushing the bar on safety and compliance. If you're walking the floor, stop by our table, we'd love to have conversations with fleet leaders who are just as serious about safety and risk as we are.
Roger Mitchell, J.C. Novoa & Kade Robertson will be there all week to talk through what SaferFleet™ can do for your fleet. Want a personalized walkthrough? Let's set it up ➡️ https://na2.hubs.ly/H06ZPrj0

Hidden fleet risk doesn't usually announce itself. It builds quietly until it becomes an accident, compliance issue, or insurance problem.
🚛 Download our 10 Warning Signs Your Fleet Is Carrying Hidden Risk to see if your operation is showing the early indicators that too many fleets miss.
The sooner you identify the warning signs, the easier they are to fix.
