Our owner recently stopped by Redstone Animal Hospital in Littleton, Colorado to see the progress firsthand and connect with Practice Manager Travis. It’s exciting to watch the first phase of this project continue to take shape.
Spanning 20,142 square feet, this multi-phase project is bringing Dr. Downie’s vision to life. It begins with Phase 1, a ground-up expansion of the existing facility. Future phases include the renovation and enhancement of the existing boarding facility with luxury amenities, followed by a new 6,000+ square-foot veterinary hospital.
It’s rewarding to see the vision becoming reality, and we look forward to watching each phase come together.

Thrilled for Dr. Gavin Cohen and the team at Oculare Personalized Eye Care on their beautiful new Atlanta practice. A space like this makes a real difference — for the patients walking through the door and the community being served. It was a pleasure to be a part of this one.
