We are proud that at Winton Machine, we've done ongoing research and development over nearly three decades.

We’ve never stopped asking: How can we make this better for our customers?

It's how we live out our core value of "Constantly Improve."

Right now, our engineering team is working on some exciting technology, including our newest generation of software and a new robotic system for our CNC rotary draw benders.

The goal is simple—help our customers make parts faster and more efficiently, reduce their reliance on labor, and get more production out of a compact footprint.

This is what R&D looks like at a small American manufacturer. It’s our engineers designing, building, testing, changing things, and testing them again until we have something that can make a real difference on another manufacturer’s production floor.

We’re also grateful for the R&D tax incentives that help companies like Winton continue investing in new technology, engineering, and American manufacturing.

After almost 30 years, we’re still innovating—and I think some of our most exciting work is happening right now.

Reason number two to celebrate ...

Getting ready for a customer visit is an exciting part of what we do at Winton Machine.

Right now, our team is in the testing stage—running the machine, performing quality checks, and making sure everything is ready before our customer arrives for training.

But delivering a machine is only part of what we do.

We want our customers to feel confident running it and getting the most out of their investment from day one. That’s why training and support are such an important part of the Winton experience.

We train customers right here on our floor before their machine ships. We provide training videos they can continue to reference, and we also offer training at their facility once the machine is installed.

For us, that service is one of the things that sets Winton apart.

We don’t want to simply sell someone a machine and send it out the door. We want to be their manufacturing partner. From the first conversation, through design and build, to training, installation, and ongoing support, we want to be there every step of the way.

Because our success isn’t just building a great machine. It’s seeing our customers succeed with it.

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the heroes who stepped forward in the face of unimaginable circumstances.

On this day of remembrance, we are reminded of the strength found in coming together, helping one another, and serving our communities.

We honor those who perished so tragically, as well as those who have died subsequently from health complications, and those who continue to carry their memory forward.
