As a graduate of The University of Georgia and Parkview High School, I have lived in metro Atlanta for over 33 years and know the North Fulton, South Forsyth, and Cherokee communities extremely well. I truly love what I do; I enjoy working with both buyer and sellers, and guiding them throughout the entire process. When you work with me, I am your contact from start to finish; I believe in constant communication and make myself available anytime to my clients. Enjoyed the opportunity to be on a panel with other top producers in front of agents today with Greater Atlanta Real Producers discussing challenges we face in Real Estate and how we grow personally and professionally. Live on septic??? I know this might be gross but you need to have your tank serviced at least every 5 years. The filter gets dirty which hinders liquid flowing to the drainfield. If too much gunk gets on the filter, it can potentially lead to a back up. Clean those tanks... and make sure you are using a reputable company… And there aren't that many of them. Reach out if you need one of the honest ones! 💩
