The 2026 Fall season is officially on the books—and Tacoma Nomads Rugby is bringing rugby back to the South Sound.

Six matches. Four at home. One tough battle in Portland, and one hell of a road trip to Moscow, Idaho. 🍻🚌 Whether you’ve been playing rugby for years, haven’t touched a ball since college, or have been telling yourself “I should really try something new…” — this is your season.

We’re building something in Tacoma, and we want YOU to be part of it.

Bring your friends. Bring your energy. Practices start 13 AUG on Tuesdays & Thursdays at Portland Avenue Park, at 630pm. Bet on some good pizza and beverages at Parky's Pizza afterwards.

New players are welcome. Old players are needed. Everyone is invited.

For over 50 years, the Tacoma Nomads have been building something bigger than a rugby club.

We’ve built friendships, families, traditions, and a community that’s welcomed thousands of players—whether they stepped onto the pitch for one season or a lifetime.

The 49th iteration of Aroma 7s is done and dusted. We celebrated Tacoma Sirens Womxn's Rugby Football Club and Rugby as champions on the day!

The boots are coming out of the closet. The jerseys are (eventually) getting washed. The excuses are running out. After a summer recharge, the Tacoma Nomads are back.

The road to fall rugby starts now—with our Annual Aroma 7s Tournament, General Meeting, and a hefty dose of preseason training.

Tacoma Rugby kicks off Summer Touch Rugby this Thursday at 6:30 PM at Portland Avenue Park.

No experience needed. Just show up ready to run, laugh, and probably discover muscles you forgot existed.

Veterans stay sharp. New players get introduced to the sport. Everybody earns a post-training beverage!
