Jerry works directly with drivers to evaluate and book loads based on rate, lane, timing, and how each move affects the rest of the week. For him, dispatching is not just about filling an empty truck—it is about booking the right freight and helping drivers build the strongest week possible.

Jerry also brings 10 years of management experience, a technical mindset, and a sharp eye for detail to every load he handles.

Q: Outside of work, what do you enjoy doing?
A: Spending time with my family. I also build computers and servers, maintain networks, code websites, work on microcontroller projects, and do woodworking.

Q: What kind of music keeps you focused?
A: Heavy metal and classical.

Q: What are you known for among friends and family?
A: Always reading or learning something new.

Q: What would people be surprised to learn about you?
A: I can play seven instruments and read music. I play violin, viola, cello, guitar, bass, piano, and bass guitar. The cello is my favorite.

Q: What did you do before dispatching?
A: I spent 10 years in management. Leadership was the biggest skill I developed, and I still use it every day.

Q: What separates a strong driver from an average one?
A: Attention to detail. Make sure the paperwork, rate confirmations, and freight all match what you were contracted to haul. Treat every load like you are the one paying to correct the mistake.

Q: What advice would you give every driver?
A: Don’t be afraid to step outside of your comfort zone.
