Transforming homes with exceptional cleaning services in the Tampa Bay Area. Family and veteran owned, bonded and insured.
Expert tips for spotless homes, from organizing to deep cleans. Your go-to for before & after transformations! Our Story
When I, Jacky Costello, owner of Custom Cleanups, started my company in 2014, I had one mission in mind- helping people through delivery of trustworthy, detail-oriented, and personable residential cleaning services. Originally from Germany, I spent much of my early professional life providing customer service and administrative support within the hospitality and service industries. Through these experiences, I learned to listen to customers and respond with attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Today, I carry the same values to Custom Cleanups. Our team understands the importance
of listening to your needs and then surpassing your expectations. With two locations I travel back and forth with my husband and son. When I’m not serving Custom Cleanup’s customers, I love being part of our supportive and active community and embarking on family adventures like traveling and camping. A Clean Home for your Health and Happiness
Whether sprucing up your home for company leaving you more time to spend with loved ones; keeping the germs at bay and making your home a retreat with regular cleaning services; or easing the stress of a move-in or a move-out, Custom Cleanups is here to help you. We take an individualized approach to cleaning by offering solutions that are uniquely matched to your needs. Community Matters
My staff and I love serving our Florida, Virginia and West Virginia community. As an owner-operated, locally-owned, and independent cleaning company, you can have assurance that when anyone from the Custom Cleanups team enters your home, you will receive consistent, compassionate, and trustworthy service. You are more than a client: You are our neighbor. Custom Cleanups knows life can bring unexpected hardships, and we are here to support our friends and neighbors. As a cancer survivor, I understand firsthand what it feels like to endure treatments and what a gift helping hands can be. That is why we contribute our time and services as a partner with Cleaning for a Reason, an international non-profit serving cancer patients. Custom Cleanups also proudly partners with the Angel Foundation, an organization serving people in the Greater Brandon, FL area facing life-altering crisis situations. Here for You

The hairdresser doesn’t always have perfect hair.
The landscaper’s yard isn’t always perfectly manicured.
The contractor probably has a project at home that’s been “almost finished” for six months.
And the owner of a cleaning company? Her house doesn’t magically clean itself either. 😂
Meet Jacky — the owner of Custom Cleanups.
She spends a whole lot of her day thinking about other people’s homes. Who’s cleaning where, what a client needs, whether the schedule is running on time, answering messages, solving problems, supporting the team…and all the other things that come with running a cleaning company.
And then there’s her own house.
Sometimes the laundry sits. Sometimes things need to be picked up. Sometimes the floors could absolutely use some attention. And yes, sometimes she’s the one standing there with the mop.
Because owning the business doesn’t mean you have a cleaning fairy following you home. 😂
We think a lot of small-business owners can probably relate. You spend so much time doing something for everyone else that your own version of it sometimes gets pushed to the bottom of the list.
So tell us, business owners: What are you amazing at doing for your customers…but somehow always behind on at home?

Out of sight doesn’t mean out of mind.
Be honest… when was the last time you really looked inside your oven?
Not just opening the door to put dinner in — but actually looked at the spills, grease, and buildup hiding inside.
The truth is, ovens are one of the easiest places in our homes to forget about.
Life gets busy. Meals get cooked. Spills happen.
No judgment… we’ve seen it all.
At Custom Cleanups, we believe a great clean is all about the details — including the places you close the door on and forget about.
A clean you can see.

Every project is different. Every client is special.
Cleaning confession time. 👀
What’s something in your house you KNOW needs to be cleaned…
…but you’ve been pretending not to see?
We promise not to send a cleaner over. 😂

This is why we love a good Before & After!
Sometimes it’s not about a home being “dirty”… life happens, hard water happens, buildup happens.
But the right products, the right tools, and a little Custom Cleanups magic can make a BIG difference.
Because to us, cleaning isn’t just wiping a surface — it’s bringing a space back to life, paying attention to the details, and helping our clients feel good in their homes again.
Every project is different.
Every client is special. 💕

Most people don’t need a “cleaning”…
They need a reset.
When was the last time your home actually felt clean?
Saturday morning.
You have two choices:
🏠 Clean the entire house
☕ Leave and come home to it already clean
We’re curious how many people are actually choosing option 1. 😂
