Before starting real estate I worked in Aerospace as a Program Manager for 10+ years. I managed multiple million dollar programs, their schedules, resources, budgets, etc. But my true passion is helping people. Not only do I help clients buy or sell their homes - I can also now manage their properties if they decide to rent. I also own the ONLY yoga studio in Tehachapi. I love being able to offer this community a resource for health and wellness. Bonus, clients get FREE classes! If I'm not at the studio or out with clients you can find me at the Visitor Center where I am co-coordinator. I love to travel with my family. My husband and I are active scuba divers and are looking forward to teaching our son.

Phew! Was that a doozy!
Real Estate isn’t sunshine and rainbows it’s a rollercoaster of emotions and this one was definitely one of Six Flags finest.
Do we negotiate? Yes
Did we renegotiate? Yes
Did we re-renegotiate? Yes
We’re both sides pi**ed at the other at multiple times? Oh hell yes.
BUT. Everyone won in the end. New house for some, money to buy new for others, and retirement for the last folks wiping off their foreheads - job well done to all -and let’s do it again!
