Kids it’s who these folks help

As we wrap up another incredible Junior Rodeo Finals, we want to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who helped make this season a success!

A special thank you to Sherri at Glory Oaks Leather for generously providing all of our contestants’ back numbers. Your continued support means so much to our rodeo family.

We are also incredibly grateful to our amazing sponsors:
• Clean Start Restoration
• 3L Livestock Club Lambs
• Axes and Ales Private Events
• Dr. Beverly Billingsley
• Badger and Pearl LLC
• Will and Laura Moore John Harrer
Your generosity helps create opportunities for our young cowboys and cowgirls, and we truly couldn’t do it without you.

Most importantly, thank you to the parents. Thank you for the early mornings, the late nights, hauling horses, countless miles on the road, keeping gear organized, cheering from the sidelines, and making the sacrifices that allow your kids to chase their dreams. The dedication and commitment you pour into your children does not go unnoticed.

Congratulations to all of our contestants on a fantastic finals. We are proud of every one of you and can’t wait to see what next season brings! ❤️🤠🐎

Justice is tenuous!

FINALLY! – Some good news regarding the LA Rodeo Ban.

LA Councilman Blumenfield's proposed ordinance to ban rodeo, in its current form, expires (dies) on July 18th. The Los Angeles City Council is in recess until August 2nd. Blumenfield did not introduce any motion on the final day of the Council session before recess on July 2, a necessary step to extend the life of the proposed ordinance.

There is still the threat that he could introduce new draft ordinance in the upcoming months before he is termed out in December of this year.

Throughout the last 5½ years, Blumenfield has amended his original rodeo ban ordinance multiple times in an attempt to get anything passed that would impact the sport of rodeo in Los Angeles.

The Western Sports Industry Coalition and Western Justice have stood strong against every strategy Blumenfield has thrown at us, we have fought tirelessly over the last 5½ years to protect our western heritage and the sport of rodeo.

Although the fight is not quite over, we can take a deep breath. We see this as a win but we are also on standby, watching for any new moves or motions that will affect rodeo in LA.

Top Auction also wins prizes as we bid too ! I may win this !!!
