Byrnes Barbecue

Did a fun one for the 4th! Ribs, chicken, and some links, burning oak split logs

Got together with friends for a barbecue after entirely too long. A thoroughly overdue brisket, pork spareribs, chicken, beets, spaghetti squash, mixed greens, shrimp, bacon wrapped asparagus, and house made pickles. Whew! To top it off my good friend made me an awesome sign! Thanks so much!

Tried some new technique for pork butts, putting work in and making progress toward bulletproof pulled pork

First little catering gig, was a ton of fun pulling it off!
9 racks of back ribs
16 chicken halves
At least 10 tri tips
2 quarts of sauce made to clients tastes

Banged out a few racks of spares today, finished super quickly on oak, worked a little bourbon and cola sauce into the bark, and call it a box!

Back at it after a bit too long of a hiatus! On the plus side that almond wood was well seasoned and burned like a dream. Pork belly for the birthday boy, ribs, chicken halves, and hot links to go with it.

First time beef shoulder clod, throw in some pulled pork and sides, and we'll call that a successful fantasy hockey draft night!
