Naloxone is now within reach at Mississippi State University. 🙌

Thanks to a grant from AG Lynn Fitch and the Mississippi Opioid Settlement Fund Advisory Council, HarborPath is bringing ODRescue™ Boxes to campuses across the state, helping ensure overdose response tools are available where students live, learn, and connect.

We’re proud to be part of this important effort and grateful to everyone who helped make it possible.

We were honored to sponsor a hole at the Jake Jimenez Memorial Golf Tournament on September 19, joining family, friends, and community members to remember Jake and raise awareness about the dangers of fentanyl. Our brand ambassador, Mark Wojciechowski, stopped by to show our support.

Thank you to Jake's family and to everyone who came together to honor Jake's legacy and help spread awareness.

Construction work can be physically demanding, and injuries and chronic pain are a reality for many workers. For some, prescription opioids may play a role in managing that pain, bringing with them the risk of misuse and overdose.

Creating a prepared workplace is one way organizations can support their teams. Keeping naloxone visible, accessible, and ready to use helps ensure a potentially life-saving resource is available when it’s needed most.

Because workplace safety is about more than preventing injuries. It’s about protecting and supporting the people who make the work possible.

Overdose is now a workplace safety issue, with roughly 1 in 12 on-the-job deaths in 2024 caused by an unintentional overdose.

California and New York are leading the way as the first states to require naloxone alongside workplace first-aid supplies. The rest of the country is likely next.

The emergency kit on the wall shouldn't stop at bandages. 🧡

This coffee took about 4 minutes to make. ☕

An overdose can happen just as fast.

When someone stops breathing, oxygen to the brain is cut off, and brain cells can begin to die within minutes. Those minutes can mean the difference between life and death.

That's why naloxone belongs on the wall, next to the AED. Same purpose: helping save lives when every second counts.

With the ODRescue Alert™, life-saving response starts the moment you open the box. A low-energy, Bluetooth-enabled smart label alerts your dedicated first responders by text and email — pinpointing the location so help is already moving.

Every element is built for speed and confidence:
📡 Low-energy, Bluetooth-enabled label that connects to the top of the box
🔔 An audible alarm sounds the instant the box is opened
👁️ Wall-mounted and clearly visible, with a transportable handle
📱 QR codes linking to training, reporting, and reordering
💊 Room for 4+ doses of overdose reversal medication

When every second counts, the Alert stays visible, sealed, tracked, and ready to go.

September 21 | National Opioid Awareness Day

Awareness starts with understanding.

Opioids affect individuals, families, and communities across the country. Taking the time to understand the risks, recognize the signs of an overdose, learn about naloxone, and understand how to respond can make a meaningful difference when it matters most.

Today, we’re encouraging everyone to learn something new, share what they know, and help build communities that are better prepared to respond.

Knowledge can become action. Action can save a life.

That’s a wrap at NSC 2026! 👋

We had an incredible time connecting with safety professionals from across the country at Booth 5641 and having meaningful conversations about the evolving needs of workplace safety.

From emergency preparedness to having critical medications readily available when they’re needed most, we loved hearing how organizations are thinking beyond traditional safety measures to build more prepared workplaces.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared their experiences, and learned more about how ODRescue™ can help enhance your safety program with accessible naloxone solutions.

Until next time! 🦺💚

As students head back to school, Mark reflects on something giving him hope in Riverside County — young people learning about the dangers of fentanyl and how to make decisions that could save a life.

September is National Preparedness Month, and schools already understand the importance of being ready. They conduct fire and earthquake drills, teach CPR, and install AEDs — not because they expect the worst, but because preparation can make all the difference when an emergency happens.

Overdose preparedness belongs in that same conversation. Education empowers people to act, and ODRescue helps ensure life-saving medication is visible, accessible, and ready when every second counts.
