Brought this Canyon Lake garage back to life.🔥

Removed 2 layers of failing DIY epoxy, repaired the cracks and pits, and gave the slab the prep it needed.

Finished it off with a clean, timeless flake system built to handle whatever life throws at it.

A floor that looks good is one thing. A floor that’s built right from the ground up is the standard.

We took on our first polishing project and the result speaks for itself.🔥

Letting this concrete show its true beauty creates a timeless that’s clean, simple and completely unique to the slab.

No coatings. No hiding imperfections. Just taking what’s already there and bringing it to life.

First polishing project in the books and damn proud to out the Cosmic Coatings name on this one.

We’re booking for end of August and into September. Get in the books and let is bring your floors back to life.

This garage just got a HUGE upgrade.🥶

Silver, white and black metallic system with a flake front lip to tie it all together. All finished up with a glossy top coat ready to make all the neighbors jealous.😉

Yes we can go over wood. And no size does not matter.😉

This floor got the full treatment, so even though it’s over wood it’s built to last.

-Seamed and fiber taped all joints
-Moisture barrier basecoat
-Polyaspartic 2nd Coat
-1” Flake broadcast
-Ended with 2 Topcoats to give a smooth and glassy floor.

3,000 Sq/ft concrete overlay complete just in time for summer. Huge job for Cosmic Coatings. Customer and us extremely happy with the finish product.🔥

This project over-went a huge transformation; we started with an existing overlay that was failing in to many places to save. So we got busy removing. Underneath we found some serious issues with the concrete needing repair.

Many spots we chipped and replaced concrete, others we were able to salvage with some crack repair and some serious elbow grease on the grinders. Installed a full moisture barrier system and a sand broadcast.

With a whole lot of taping and masking all the brick, we finished it off with 2 coats of TC-3 cement followed up with 2 coats of acrylic sealer in concrete grey. Which tied it all together for that new concrete look our client was looking for.

We went with a very mild texture, as the brick is the main focal point of this property and that’s how it needed to stay.

We don’t just do epoxy and we never back down from a challenge.
