Somewhere in the East Valley there's a park so big families show up at breakfast and still haven't found every corner by sunset, and a play mountain with a zip line keeps the kids running back for one more turn. Best part, most of it costs nothing.

A field where everyone has a place in the game. ⚾

We’re proud to have FlexGround surfacing featured at the Miracle League Field in Minnetonka, Minnesota—a space created to make play more inclusive for athletes of all abilities.

Because every athlete deserves the opportunity to step up to the plate.

Somo Park in Rohnert Park, California combined poured-in-place and synthetic turf surfacing to design a custom recreation space. Mixing surfacing types in playground design isn’t just about looks—it’s about creating a better play experience. Here’s why it works:

• Encourages more dynamic play by supporting different activities in one space
• Supports inclusive play by accommodating a wider range of mobility needs
• Adds visual interest with color, texture, and pattern variety
• Helps define zones for different age groups or play styles
