New research by Dr. Daeun Shin-Winans, an ASU Linguistics PhD Alumna!

Through social actor analysis, Shin-Winans explores how language, emotion, identity, and power interact within digital feminist spaces.

This fascinating study demonstrates the interdisciplinary reach of linguistics and discourse analysis, extending into gender studies, digital culture, and the politics of emotion.
