We’re bringing our daughter, Vinnie, home from the hospital today after 37 days in the NICU!
For the past month, we’ve been leaving work early every day, driving 30-40 minutes downtown to see our triplets.
We hold, feed, and care for them as they continue to grow stronger under incredible care, getting ready to come home.
The drive can be exhausting.
Traffic, the pressure of work, and the constant worry about providing for my wife and three kids—all of it races through my mind.
I often feel like I’m falling behind, torn between wanting to work more and being there for my family.
But the moment we step into their room and see their tiny, perfect faces, everything else disappears.
All the stress melts away, and I’m fully absorbed in caring for them.
Hours pass in what feels like moments, and leaving is always hard, but it’s temporary.
Those precious moments, though draining, are the highlight of our days.
It’s pure focus and presence—what flow truly feels like.
And that flow state isn’t just for parenting.
It’s something we can tap into in all areas of life—work, relationships, and even in everyday interactions.
If you’re interested in learning how to harness this flow for more peace, joy, and productivity, join us on Skool.
It’s a free community where we explore neuro and flow states for elite performance.

Pain is an output from your brain.
100% of the time.
That does not mean that pain is “all in your head”.
But it does mean that pain is a very complex phenomenon used by your brain to get you to pay attention to something that your brain perceives as threatening to its survival.
That something may not be there anymore.
But when you have an insult or injury, your brain creates a “memory” of that event, and every part of the brain that was active at that moment gets logged into what’s sometimes known as a neurotag or neural chunk.
This is like a fingerprint of activation in your brain that is wholly unique to you and your experience.
That’s why no one can tell you what your pain experience is like.
No one can tell you how intense it is, what should or should not trigger it, and they really can’t empathize with you because your experience of the exact same injury or insult may be totally different than mine, for example.
The good thing about understanding that pain is a brain output, is that through the neuro training lens, we can change the output and rewire the pain brain by inserting ourselves in the cycle and giving the brain new inputs, or changing the interpretation (perception) of the inputs it is calling threatening.
In this way, your shoulder pain can be improved by moving your opposite hip.
Your headaches can go away by breathing better.
Your neck pain can improve with colored glasses and eye exercises.
Understanding how your brain works, and using the tools to work with it directly through the nervous system is empowering sh*t.
Want help abolishing your pain so you can focus on being your best instead of constantly distracted?

This story is as old as time.
The ambitious entrepreneur starts a business based on youthful dreams and hustles day and night to make it succeed.
They scale their business, take on more responsibilities, and keep pushing because now they’ve got real obligations.
They find no real joy in their work, living for the rare moments of downtime, but they’re providing for their family and they’ve got the trappings of success, so that should be enough, right?
It’s not. Sooner or later, they’re burnt out, struggling in their personal life, or spending money on toys and luxuries, hoping to fill the void in their soul.
Nothing works, so they double down on work, believing that more money, status, or material things will finally make them feel whole.
The cycle continues until they’re old and gray, with a pile of cash and stuff, wondering what it was all for.
I feel fortunate that early experiences took me down a different path. I spent most of my early years searching for something different.
I struggled hard and made many mistakes on the path to discovering my purpose, but it will serve me better in the long run.
This lack of meaningful pursuit of purpose is often linked to a lack of flow in one’s work and life. They often show up together.
That’s why understanding and seeking purpose is an integral part of the NeuroFlow method.
When these things are aligned, flow happens easier, and your brain and biology start to work for you, giving you limitless motivation and drive.
If you want to know more about finding purpose and flow with us, just comment “PURPOSE” on this post or in my DMs.
