Set next to the pool, the Global Ambassador's indoor-outdoor restaurant Pink Dolphin has a Latin-inspired menu for breezy lunches and afternoon noshes. Offerings include fresh juice-based cocktails, Peruvian ceviche, and more.

Unlike most hotel projects where several designers handle the public spaces, restaurants, and rooms, Judith Testani was responsible for the entire Global Ambassador project, including OCEAN 44.

Guests of the Global Ambassador are offered on-site wellness options to inspire their regimens back home. The spacious spa includes ten treatment rooms, most with a floor-to-ceiling view of Camelback Mountain, where guests can be pampered with facials, massages, body treatments, light therapy, IV drips, and more.
