Yesterday's groundbreaking for Chamberlain Group's building expansion marked another milestone in an incredible story of growth, vision and determination. Year after year, they continue to raise the bar, break the metrics they set for themselves and redefine what’s possible.

We are incredibly grateful to be teammates on this journey and to have the opportunity to play a small part in their story. The best part of business is the relationships built along the way and the privilege of growing alongside great people.

Floor pour is in the books at the site of Willow Hills Baptist Church in Prescott. The two ground-up builds will include a 35,953-square-foot worship center with classrooms and a 4,956-square-foot admin building situated on an almost 19-acre site, allowing the church to expand its ministry space for a growing congregation.

The 2026 InterFace Phoenix Industrial conference is in the books. It was an insightful day with the Valley’s leading industrial professionals in development, leasing, financing and investing. Sun State Builders CEO Mike Forst took part in the Trends in Architecture, Design and Construction panel, looking at trends shaping the Valley’s industrial landscape.

Coming soon to Anthem: Sun State Builders is breaking ground next month on a single-tenant shell building for Greenwood & McKenzie. The 17,667-square-foot facility will include administrative and visitor space up front, with a warehouse featuring dock doors and grade-level overhead doors, all set behind a 6-foot screen wall and gate. Check back for updates as work begins.

Last week, the Sun State Builders team traded in hard hats for gloves to sort produce and pack food boxes to support families in need. Tempe Community Action Agency works to eliminate poverty and advance equitable communities across the East Valley, serving more than 35,000 adults and children annually.

Significant progress at two of our job sites! The flagpole is up at the site of JFN Mechanical's new headquarters in Goodyear and glass install is underway, while signage is now up at Pure Logic Industries' new headquarters in Chandler Airpark.
