Discipleship is happening in Acapulco 🇲🇽 Matt and Mike trained 37 leaders in our Foundations Workshops 1-3 last week. God is so good! One of the pastors wants to become a trainer-and another young leader wants discipleship coaching as he seeks to plant a church in Acapulco 🥳

Hello from Acapulco! Meet Vicky, our translator for this week. At 91 years young, she is faithfully serving the Lord in such a beautiful way.
Just last week, Vicky was asking God if He could still use her at 91 years old. Then her pastor asked if she would translate for the team this week. What a reminder that God is never finished working through willing hearts.
God is so good. 🤍

At Developing Workers, we’ve been praying about how we can better care for pastors’ wives and women in ministry.
As we walk alongside leaders around the world, we are reminded that caring for the heart of the leader also means caring for those serving beside them. Pastor’s wives often carry so much while faithfully supporting the work of ministry.
We are grateful to see God already raising up people who share this vision. Please pray with us as we seek to create spaces for encouragement, discipleship, mentoring, and future retreats that will refresh and support women in ministry.
Healthy leaders — and healthy families — matter.

This photo represents more than friendship — it represents generations of discipleship.
Rance discipled Michael. Michael discipled John. John discipled Elijah.
What started with one invitation into ministry became a legacy of leaders pouring into the next generation. None of them could have fully known the long-term impact that simple faithfulness and discipleship would have.
This is why we do what we do at Developing Workers — helping pastors and leaders last in ministry by investing deeply in people.
Discipleship matters. And its impact reaches farther than we often realize.

Discipleship happens in conversations, relationships, and everyday faithfulness. This is the heart behind our mission.

In Villahermosa, Tabasco, 67 pastors and leaders gathered with energy and expectancy to grow in Foundations training. Just miles away in Oculitzapotlán, another 68 leaders stepped into the same journey.
135 leaders equipped. 135 lives investing in others.
This is how disciple-making movements grow.

This Easter, we remember the heart of it all:
“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” — John 3:16
Easter is the story of love.
A love that gave.
A love that sacrificed.
A love that made a way for life.
Because of Jesus, we don’t just know about this love—we are invited to live in it and share it.
This is the message we carry.
This is the life we pass on.
We hope you have a blessed Easter weekend with your family, friends, and loved ones.
