On this Cave Creek install, our crew is checking the substrate, identifying high and low spots, and using self-leveling underlayment where needed to create a flat, stable surface.

Then comes the install: properly combed thinset for strong coverage and adhesion, consistent spacing, and constant checks to keep the tile flat and the pattern aligned.

Here’s the key: a floor doesn’t necessarily need to be perfectly level—but for tile, it needs to be FLAT.
