Poor sleep and chronic stress have a negative impact on your overall health.
They also influence each other.
Take time to get good quality sleep and find healthy outlets for your stress🧠

At SIRRI, supporting the brain can involve movement, balance, timing, sensory training, and/or neurofeedback.
Sometimes the best kind of training doesn’t feel like “training” at all!
