Our goal; to interpret clients’ needs, desires, and budget constraints into a complete design solution; is accomplished by the attention and management of our staff. The structure of Synectic Design is tailored around serving our clients with a continuity of service. We entrust our projects with a single, professional, project manager who shepherds the project through to completion. We feel that having a knowledgeable, experienced staff helps us deliver a coordinated and quality product. Using the latest technology and software, we are typically able to deliver projects faster and with superior quality. Still, Lance Baker and Dave Hamblin - the principals of the firm - are active in and oversee all projects to completion. The success of each project is our team’s ultimate goal.
