ASU Chinese Language Flagship and ROTC Program

Students of the Flagship Program learn Chinese to professional-level proficiency, while simultaneously pursuing the undergraduate major of their choice. The ASU Chinese Language Flagship Program attracts students who are among the best learners of Chinese in the nation, supports our students with outstanding faculty members, and offers an innovative curriculum with clearly defined learning outcomes. The Flagship Program incorporates language courses at ASU with specialized courses from various academic disciplines in order to educate our students in a wide variety of topics such as history, politics, literature, religion, economics and culture; intensive summer study in the US, China and Taiwan; and a Capstone year consisting of direct enrollment in a Chinese university and an internship in China.
