Green Table Initiative

Learn how to infuse oils with herbs and then turn those oils into salves. We will discuss which plants work best topically, the different ways to infuse oils, and how to make salves more effective. We will create a salve in real time!

One tiny seed can carry so much more than the promise of a watermelon.

My aunt saved a watermelon seed from our farm and sent me a picture today. It reminded me that this is what sharing seeds is about! One single seed can grow into something that feeds a family, starts conversation, and keeps a tradition going. It carries memories, a little piece of ourselves and hope for another growing season.

Keep passing seeds from one generation to the next and keep our gardens and love for one another growing!
