The aftermath of getting back to my joy of cooking in the midst of a remodel looks like this….yes, those are all dishes washed by hand in a laundry sink! Looking ahead to working with Tiger and Services to complete the kitchen as after 18 mos of almost no cooking, it is a delight to find joy in one of my passions. Follow Amalgamation of Life for a post this week on finding joy in cooking again with so many delicious meals.

This week was filled with exponential appreciation as well as a fair amount of grief (letting go of the past is no joke).

In this moment, I am eternally grateful for the incredible opportunity to begin anew in the happiest home in my new hometown with an amazing partner and 2 of the best pups in the land who comforted me as a I delved into rereading my writings of the last 18 mos on http://BeLovingThisLife.com.

Feelings of healing and grief filled most of the day with a fair amount of self-care breaks. This week I will begin writing anew sharing more about how learning to Be Loving This Life is now manifesting in magnificent ways filled with cooking, adventures, creating a happy & healthy home of my greatest dreams, continuing to heal and let go of the trauma that was a part of my first 47 years to fully enjoy the next 47.
