Floors-etc

Timonium is our home base, but our work takes us well beyond Maryland!

Our showroom is here, and a large part of our work happens right here in Maryland. We love being part of this design community and working with the homeowners, interior designers, builders, and remodelers who walk through our doors.

But something you may not know about Floors Etc. is that we also work on projects in many other states!

For designers, your projects don’t always stay close to home. A longtime client buys a vacation house. A family relocates and wants you to help with their new space. A referral leads to a beautiful project a few states away. Having people you already know and trust involved can make those projects feel a little more manageable.

And for homeowners, your connection to our showroom doesn’t have to end at the Maryland state line. If you’re planning a renovation or building a home in another state, it’s worth starting a conversation with us about how we can help.

Whether you’re selecting hardwood, tile, carpet, or a custom rug, there are so many decisions that go into getting it right. How will the space be used? How will the material look alongside the other finishes? What makes sense for the people who will actually live there? Those questions matter wherever the project is located.

The best place to start is by telling us what you’re working on and where. From there, we can talk through the scope, the materials, and what our involvement could look like for your specific project.

We’re proud of our Maryland roots, and we love seeing our relationships grow into projects beyond our home state.

Have something coming up outside Maryland? Send us a message. We’d love to hear about it!

THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE MARKET. ❤️

Today, Baltimore Designer Market came to life because of this incredible group of designers, artists, makers, builders and local creatives who showed up and brought their very best.

What started as an idea became a room filled with creativity, conversation, beautiful things—and most importantly, people connecting with people.

To every vendor who participated: thank you for taking a chance on this Market, for bringing your work, your talent and your energy, and for helping us create something special in Baltimore.

Interior designers, your flooring partner should be making your job easier.

You already have enough to manage on a project. Flooring should not become one more trade you have to chase down, double check, or explain your design to over and over again.

Send us the plans. Send us the specs. Show us what you’re trying to accomplish.

We’ll help with the details, field conditions, measurements, materials, transitions, scheduling, and installation so the finished floor looks the way you designed it to.

And if something comes up on site, we want to help solve it before it becomes your problem.

You design it. We execute it.

That’s what a good trade partner should do.
