Summer may be winding down, but our interns are heading back to college with plenty of new experiences under their belts. 📐🎓
They joined us for groundbreakings, explored projects in progress, learned Revit tricks, and got a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to bring ideas from concept to reality. It was great having them on the team and watching them learn, contribute, and grow.
From all of us at HTK – we hope you have a great school year!

Breaking down walls and building toward the future!
It was a great morning at the Curtis State Office Building as Governor Laura Kelly, Secretary Adam Proffitt, and Kansas Highway Patrol leadership shared remarks during the wallbreaking ceremony for the new KHP Headquarters. We’re proud to partner with KHP to help create a space that supports their mission and the important work they do for communities across Kansas.

Today we celebrated the groundbreaking of the new Soldier Township Fire Station, a project designed to support the firefighters who serve the Soldier Township community and provide the resources they need to respond when it matters most.
“As both an HTK Principal and a Soldier Township resident, this project is especially meaningful to me. We're not just designing a building, we're helping create a facility that supports the firefighters who protect our families, our homes, and our community every day.” - Elizabeth Johnson, HTK Architects
We're proud to partner with Soldier Township, the dedicated firefighters of STFD, and KBS Constructors to help bring this vision to life.
