Join us for Veteran's Appreciation Night this Friday!

Mariah took her first steps on a new prosthetic leg at Shriners Children’s New England! She’s a big fan of the Buffalo Bills and Josh Allen and chose this design to show her team spirit! She will be cheering them on all season! 🏈 #GoBills #ShrinersChildrens #orthopedics

There is still time to come to the Sportsman Event on Saturday the 25th. Just come the Arab Shriners at 1305 S. Kansas Ave at 1:00 pm and buy your ticket at the door.

Here is a sneak peek at our patient Alanna's princess costume from Spirit Halloween!

Remember to support the Spirit of Children campaign when you shop in store or online. Use promo code GIVING25 at checkout to receive 10% off your order and give 10% to children's hospitals like ours. We use these funds to make hospital visits a little less scary.

Join Camille in physical therapy, where she’s learning to put pressure on her left leg. With hard work and the help of an external fixator, her affected leg will lengthen over time. This National Physical Therapy Month, we’re proud to highlight her progress and our incredible therapy team guiding her every step of the way. #ChoosePT #PT #PhysicalTherapy #ShrinersChildrens #PediatricOrthopedics #limbdifference

We treat a can do attitude!

Milka was born with fibular hemimelia, a rare condition that meant she was missing the fibula in her left leg and had only four fingers on each hand. At age 3, her left leg was amputated, and she has always lived with limited mobility in some of her fingers. Despite these challenges, Milka lives an incredibly active life. She plays volleyball and practices boxing, and she uses two custom prosthetic legs provided by the Pediatric Orthotic and Prosthetic Services department at Shriners Children’s Texas. One is made for daily walking, and the other is built to keep up with her in the sports she loves. “The staff here find ways to motivate the patients,” Milka shared. “There’s a lot of children that feel like they’re not going to be able to do what other kids do, but then Shriners finds a way.” 💪🏐#shrinerschildrens #pediatricorthopedics #pediatriccare #shrinerstexas #fibularhemimelia
