Light Box Homes LLC

It's Transformation Tuesday with these amazing before and after photos of a deck our team transformed into a luxurious screen porch for a client in Northeast Atlanta, Briarmoor Manor neighborhood.

A deck is great and all, but a screened in porch is the best way to enjoy the outdoors, bug-free! From meals surrounded by bird song to parties with plenty of space for guests to get some fresh air, this addition adds tons of value and enjoyment to any home.

And who best to create YOUR screened-in porch? Light Box Homes, of course! From design and permitting to construction, we take care of it all and deliver a beautiful, well-built structure that will last decades.

We get a lot of screened-in porch additions tacked on to other home improvement projects, such as kitchen and bath renovations. Because why create an entertainer's kitchen without a cool outdoor entertaining space to compliment it!

Another finished kitchen, another satisfied Light Box Homes client in the Chamblee area of northeast Atlanta.

This old ranch home's kitchen was cut off from the rest of the house, needed an update and lacked an entertaining space to call it's own. So we opened the wall to the livingroom, remodeled the entire kitchen according to the client's design eye, and built a screen porch off the back.

Now our client can truly connect with guests, friends and family, while providing them with different environments to enjoy.

THIS was an older home, which required certain care when remodeling, but now that it's complete, this house has a new lease on life.

Do you have an old ranch kitchen that feels like the interior of a submarine? Might be time to knock out a kitchen renovation, and there's no better team than Light Box Homes for your kitchen and bath remodeling needs.

It's really fun watching an addition go up because one can see how the structure goes in and works together to support the new space.

We just passed foundation footing inspection on this Tucker addition project, and it fascinates me to see something that no one ever does because it gets covered up in framing and finishes later in the process.

It's really in this area that a general conctractor needs to excel: The part no one can see, such as foundations, framing and insulation.

Finishes steal the show, but they come and go as time and tastes change. Ultimately, finishes cover up the real measure of quality in contracting: How long the underlying structure continues to do its job.

At Light Box Homes, we warranty that hidden structural element, so getting it right is paramount for us. Our goal is when a client eventually sells the house, they tell the new owner about the amazing job we did, so if that new owner wants to change the finishes in the home, they'll call us.

Light Box Homes just started another home addition project near Tucker, GA!

Our client needs to expand their living and dining spaces on their venerable 1960s split-level home, and after a detailed design phase, we've already launched into the demolition stage, being sure to of course protect our client's outdoor furniture and keep a clean, orderly worksite.

Can't wait to share with everyone the finished product: A more comfortable home for our beloved clients.

Would an addition like this one help you maximize your current home? Who can you trust to help you execute such a complex renovation job? Light Box Homes, of course!
