Inside the Fight to Keep Tucson Restaurants Alive in 2025 Discover why Tucson restaurant owners are fighting to stay open in 2025—from rising wages to pandemic fallout—and how their resilience is reshaping the local dining scene.
Let’s get real for a sec: even though you might hear that inflation rates are cooling off, it’s still incredibly tough for small, local mom & pop shops like ours to stay afloat. Unlike the big chain restaurants, we don’t have massive buying power, huge budgets, or corporate safety nets. Every day, we’re hustling just to keep bringing you the fresh, authentic flavors you love.
So, next time you’re thinking about eating out, consider swinging by your favorite local spot instead of a franchise. Let’s keep the money, local. Your support means the world to us—and it truly does make a difference. ❤️
Thank you for helping keep Tucson’s food scene vibrant, delicious, and unique!

Sorta little late for this post. December was a little crazy with events. We finally had some time to do our annual holiday party!
For those who have been following our journey for the past four years, our team got a little bit bigger this year. From all of us here at Banhdicted, thank you o-so much for being amazing and supporting the journey. Without your continuous support, smiles each and every day, we wouldn’t be able to expand the team let alone open 2 more locations in year 24!
Thank you so much for being amazing and we look forward to seeing you in 2025!
